Foxwin is commissioned by the landlord to provide full project management services, with full engagement of the entire redevelopment process, including the initial development feasiblity study, financial analysis, site acquisition negotiations, supervision of the application to the Lands Department of HKSARG for lease modification and premium, development design, residential market analysis and sales arrangement.
Situated in the Nancheng sub-district of Dongguan, Twin Towns is an industrial site revitalised into a mixed-use residential and commercial landmark, expected to be fully occupied by end-2019.
Foxwin assisted with the application for change of use from industrial to commercial and apartments, and reduced the land premium for the greater financial benefits for the developer. Foxwin also provided consultancy services on flat mix, retail positioning, and best practice layouts.
This project is situated in the Chongtong sub-district of Dongguan, comprised of three high-rise residential towers, an office building on top of a retail podium.

The project located in Kowloon West is set to be redeveloped with a total GFA of about 80,000 sq.ft., under the Government’s scheme of revitalising industrial buildings. Foxwin provided consultancy services such as feasibility study, financial assessments and valuation, land administration and town planning advices.
Foxwin provided preliminary land consultancy advisory services for a data centre development under construction, and assisted the landlord in engaging a land consultant for lease modification and waiver application to the Lands Department.
Foxwin provided land consultancy services relating to the expansion of an international school in new territories, including identifying the feasibility and necessary procedures to secure a private treaty grant from the Government.
Foxwin provided development feasibility services for an agricultural site, including exploring the technical feasibility for land exchange or lease modification, land premium and financial assessment, and analysis of the residential market of the locality.
